Expected SSC CGL Exam Dates, Eligibility 2019 - Check Here!

Staff Selection Commission has recently given the exam dates for Tier I that are 4th June to 19th June as previously they were postponed due to some reasons. As the SSC CGL exam is round the corner, buckle up & start preparing and practicing as the competition is going to be tough but before the registrations begin you have to know about the eligibility criteria.

SSC CGL RECRUITMENT – ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Assistant Audit Officer (AAO): Bachelor’s degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institute.
2.Junior Statistical Officer: Bachelor’s degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institute with at least 60% marks in Mathematics in 12th standard OR Bachelor’s degree with statistics as one of the subjects in degree level.
3.All Other Posts: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University.
4.Students in final year of graduation can apply but should complete graduation before 1st August.

AGE LIMIT:
1.The age limit for Statistical Investigator Grade II is max 32 years.
2.For Assistant in CSS, age limit is 20 – 30 years.
3.Assistant in IB should be 21 – 30 years.
4.Assistant Enforcement Officer/SI in CBI/SI in NIA should be of 30 years of age.
5.The age limit of SI in Central Bureau of Narcotics is 18 - 27 years.

SSC CGL REVISED EXAM DATES:
•The registration process of SSC CGL Recruitment will commence in March 2019 and application will be filled via online mode.
•Start Date of SSC CGL Online Application Form is March 2019 and End Date of SSC CGL Online Application Form is April 2019.
•Last Day for Application Fee Payment is in April 2019.

SSC CGL EXAM DATES:
•Application process will start from 5th May to 4th June.
•Tier I examination will be conducted from 4th June to 19th June, Tier II examination will be held from 11th September to 13th September, Tier III will be conducted on 29th December and the date for Tier IV will be notified.

STEPS TO DOWNLOAD SSC CGL ADMIT CARDS:
•SSC CGL Admit Cards will be released 15 days prior examination.
•Staff Selection Commission will be releasing the SSC CGL Admit Cards separately on the regional websites.
•For downloading the Admit Card, you are required to login to the official website of SSC
•You need Registration Number/ Roll Number and the Password/ DOB while logging in.
•Your SSC CGL Hall Ticket will appear on the screen you will have to download for future reference.

SSC CGL EXAM PATTERN:
•The examination occurs in four stages: Tier I, II, III and IV.
•Tier I consists of the four subjects that are General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English Language each subject having 25 questions of total 50 marks.
•Tier II consists of four papers that are Quantitative Ability having 100 questions of total 200 marks, English Language having 200 questions of total 200 marks, Statistics having 100 questions of total 200 marks and General Studies having 100 questions of total 200 marks.
•Tier III is a descriptive paper which consists of essays, letters, applications, precis, and many more of 100 marks.
•Tier IV consists of a Computer Proficiency Test for Assistant Section Officer in CSS & MEA Post only and Data Entry Skill Test only Tax Assistant Post.
